Whether you stay for a few days or an extended period, you will have the opportunity to live in an atmosphere where meditation is not an isolated activity but an integrated way of life.

As part of this experience, we ask that you participate in at least one group meditation session daily, as this helps maintain the collective meditative energy of the space. Beyond that, your time is yours—to meditate, reflect, and simply be in a conscious, peaceful setting.
