Whether you're completely new or a long-time seeker, each session is designed to bring clarity, connection, and vitality into your daily life.
Join us in-person in the Washington DC Metro area, or attend online from anywhere across the Northeast US or the world.
Each class is grounded in Osho-inspired practices like active and silent meditation, breathwork, movement, and body-based awareness. Our approach is gentle, inclusive, and designed to meet you where you are.
