Breathwork is an accessible and natural practice that uses the power of your breath to support healing, emotional release, and inner growth. Most people breathe unconsciously—shallow, restricted breaths driven by stress, emotions, or past experiences.

In breathwork, we bring awareness to the breath, consciously guiding it in specific patterns to influence our mental, emotional, physical, and energetic states.

Prerequisite: Completion of at least 7 days of breathwork retreats or equivalent immersive participation is required to enroll in this training.

These private, guided breathwork sessions are designed specifically for your unique needs. Whether you’re navigating stress, emotional distressed emotions, unresolved trauma, energetic imbalances or blocks , or simply seeking deeper connection whitin for deeper meditation — this is a safe and sacred space to explore your inner world.

Through the power of conscious connected breathing, you’ll be gently guided to release tension, awaken your natural life force (prana), and return to a state of inner balance and clarity.

Each session is a co-creative process. We begin by understanding where you are—emotionally, physically, and energetically—and shape the session accordingly. You are supported with personalized guidance, music, optional touch or body cues, and plenty of space to process and integrate.

Duration: 90-120 minutes (First session may be slightly longer to include a brief intake)

Anam Swami embarked on his spiritual journey in 1986, at the age of 18, under the guidance of the great master Osho. He has devoted his life not only to helping others but also to deeply exploring his own inner self.

With a profound spiritual foundation, Anam Swami founded DhyanYoga Meditation Center, a well-established institute welcoming people from all backgrounds. For 38 years, he has studied extensively under masters in Yoga, Tantra, Breathwork, Reiki, Zen, somatic therapy, and other transformative disciplines.
