“Steps into Stillness” is a unique 3-hour journey into walking meditation—designed to help you slow down, become fully present, and experience each step as a gateway into awareness, breath, and stillness.
You’ll be gently guided through body-awareness practices, breath-synchronized walking, silent nature walking, and partnered presence work. This is more than just a walk—it's a sacred journey inward, on foot.
