Dynamic Meditation is one of Osho’s most transformative active meditation techniques—created especially for the modern mind that lives in constant tension and mental noise. It’s a powerful process to cleanse the body and mind of accumulated stress, repressed emotions, and stagnant energy, allowing silence and stillness to emerge naturally from within.
This one-hour practice moves through five stages, leading you step by step from chaos to catharsis, from awareness to celebration.
🌬️ Stage 1: Chaotic Breathing
Breathe fast, deep, and without rhythm. Let the breath shake loose the inner dust that keeps your energy dormant.
🔥 Stage 2: Catharsis
Let everything out—cry, laugh, shout, jump, shake. Don’t control or judge. Total release opens the door to freedom.
🗣️ Stage 3: Hoo! Hoo! Hoo!
Jump with arms raised, shouting the mantra “Hoo! Hoo! Hoo!” with full energy. Let it hit the very center of your being, awakening dormant vitality.
🕊️ Stage 4: Stop!
Freeze completely. Witness everything—the breath, the body, the silence within. This is meditation in its purest form.
💃 Stage 5: Celebration
Dance with totality! Celebrate the new energy flowing through you—alive, free, and silent within.
🪷 Guided Deep Still Meditation Sessions
After the Dynamic Meditation, we’ll move into guided deep still meditation sessions to help you drop deeper into awareness and rest in silence. This integration time allows the released energy to settle and transform into inner clarity and peace.

Anyone above 16 can participate. No prior meditation experience needed—just bring your curiosity and willingness to explore. Wear loose, comfortable clothes. It’s best to come on an empty stomach or after a light snack.
