Your body keeps going, your mind keeps spinning, and before you know it, you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, or just running on autopilot.
This half-day retreat is a gentle pause — a space to slow down, breathe, rest, and reconnect with yourself.
For four hours, you’ll step out of the rush and enter a quiet, meditative environment specially created for people who are tired, stressed, or simply longing for a deeper sense of ease.
What We’ll Explore
• Guided breathing to melt tension
• Meditative movement to settle the nervous system
• Active + silent meditations for clarity
• Deep-rest practices to release exhaustion
• Quiet time to simply be, without expectations
You don’t need any experience.
Just come as you are — tired, overwhelmed, or curious. Your only job is to show up and breathe.
